Your morel appetizer was heavenly, and your quail was great, best quail I have ever had in a restaurant (my mom did great with quail we got from my uncle fresh shot every fall in Harrisonburg area, she baked them wrapped with bacon). We have morels occasionally from coworkers from Shenandoah National Park area, we call them merkels in Virginia. Some suggestions for the website: Put a couple photos of the beautiful dining rooms up on the site, and some of the artful food presentations!
